If your provider prescribes a program, it is filled by a US-licensed compounding pharmacy and typically arrives in 3 to 5 days, in discreet packaging.
Monthly check-ins
Your provider follows up monthly to check progress, adjust your dose, and answer questions. You can message your care team between visits too.
Inside the assessment
The assessment covers your height and weight, medical history, current medications, allergies, and what you are hoping to achieve. There are no trick questions designed to get you approved. It is built so your provider has what they actually need to make a real clinical decision. Your answers stay private and are never used for advertising.
How your provider decides
A licensed provider on our clinical team reads your intake and applies real clinical judgment. That can mean approving a specific program, recommending a different dose or medication than you expected, asking a follow-up question first, or telling you it is not a fit right now. All of those happen. Review times vary with provider availability and how complete your intake is.

Before you start
What if a provider says I'm not a fit?
You'll hear that directly, along with the reason where possible. There's no cost for the assessment or the review, so there's no risk in checking. Some patients are referred back to their primary care doctor instead.
Do I need to talk to someone on the phone?
No phone call is required to get started. Your provider reviews your written intake, and you can message your care team any time through your account. If a provider needs more information, they will ask through the same channel.
How does shipping work?
After a licensed provider prescribes, medication ships from a US licensed pharmacy and typically arrives in 3 to 5 days. You get tracking by email. See the shipping page for packing and what to do if a package is delayed.
How do dose adjustments actually work?
Your provider starts you at a dose based on your intake, then reviews how you're responding at your monthly check-in. If it makes sense to increase, decrease, or hold steady, they'll tell you why and update your prescription accordingly.
What if I have side effects between check-ins?
Message your care team as soon as something feels off. You do not have to wait for your next scheduled check-in to raise a concern.
Can I pause or cancel mid-program?
Yes. One message to the care team cancels it, and you can also do it from your patient portal once your account is set up. No long-term contract and no cancellation fees.
