Pay monthly, or save by paying quarterly
Every program bills monthly by default. Prepay for 3, 6 or 12 months during your assessment, or ask the care team to switch you later, and save 10%, 15% or 20% off the monthly rate. You're billed once every three months instead of three separate charges. Cancel anytime, either way.
| Program | Monthly | 3 months, save 10% | 6 months, save 15% | 12 months, save 20% |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Micro-dose | $249/mo | $672 $224/mo effective | $1270 $212/mo effective | $2390 $199/mo effective |
| Semaglutide | $99/mo | $267 $89/mo effective | $505 $84/mo effective | $950 $79/mo effective |

Quarterly pricing includes the same provider visits, medication when prescribed, dose titration, and monthly check-ins as the monthly plan. If you cancel partway through a quarter, you won't be billed again going forward. Quarterly billing is available on the four programs listed above. NAD+ and hormone health are priced by your provider after your assessment, because both depend on your labs and your plan. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Not sure if you qualify? The check takes about 2 minutes and costs nothing. A licensed provider reviews it, not an algorithm.
Start the assessmentEverything below is in your monthly price
No line items, no add-on fees for the basics. This is what every Medical Arts program includes, every month.
What you will never be charged for
The price on this page is the whole price. Here's what we don't do.
No insurance billing
We never bill your insurance and we never ask for an insurance card. You pay the flat monthly price with the card you add at checkout, in full, every cycle.
No hidden consult fee
Checking if you qualify is free. Your provider visit is part of the monthly price, not a separate charge before you even know if you're a fit.
No cancellation fee
One message to the care team cancels it, anytime. No long-term contract, no early-termination charge, no phone call required.
See how the numbers stack up
Here's how a typical brand-name prescription and an insurance-billed clinic visit compare to a Medical Arts program, based on what patients commonly report before switching.
| Brand-name retail | Insurance-billed clinic | Medical Arts | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Typical monthly cost | $900–$1,300+ without insurance coverage | Varies, plus copay, deductible, and prior authorization | From $99/mo, flat |
| Price shown up front | Often no, pharmacy-dependent | Rarely, depends on your plan | Yes, before you pay |
| Insurance required | Usually, to get a workable price | Yes | No |
| Provider visit fee | Billed separately | Copay or coinsurance | Included |
| Wait for prior authorization | Sometimes | Often, days to weeks | None |
| Cancel anytime | Pharmacy policy varies | Plan-dependent | Yes, no fee |
Comparison figures reflect commonly reported retail and insurance costs and are for general reference only, not a quote for any specific plan or pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Start the assessmentQuestions about price
Is $99 the real starting price, or is that just a teaser?
$99/mo is the real starting price, for our Micro-dose and Sermorelin programs. Every price on this page is the actual monthly program cost. Your exact price is confirmed during your assessment, before you pay anything.
Do I need insurance?
No. Insurance is never required and we don't bill it. Your monthly price already includes your provider visit, medication when prescribed, and ongoing care.
Is checking if I qualify free?
Yes. The assessment is free and takes about 2 minutes. You only pay once a licensed provider reviews your answers and determines a program is appropriate for you.
Are there any fees on top of the monthly price?
No. There's no hidden consult fee, no insurance billing surprise, and no cancellation fee. The price you see for your program is the price you pay each billing cycle.
What happens if my dose changes?
Dose titration is included in your monthly price. If your provider adjusts your dose, your program price stays the plan price you signed up for unless you choose to switch programs.
How does quarterly billing work?
Choose quarterly during your assessment, or ask the care team to switch you later. You're billed once every three months at a 15% discount off the monthly rate, shown in full before you confirm. You can switch back to monthly, or cancel, anytime.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
You can cancel anytime with no fee. Refund eligibility depends on your billing cycle and how much of your current period has shipped. See our refund policy for full detail.
Is Medical Arts available in my state?
We ship nationwide. We check your state at the very start of your assessment and tell you your options up front, before you enter any health information. See our state availability page for the current list.
