Read what patients say

A sample of verified reviews across our programs. We show the good and the mixed. Nothing here is edited to change what a patient actually said.

Semaglutide

"My provider actually read what I wrote in the assessment. She called out a question I hadn't thought to ask about timing my dose around work travel. That's the part that surprised me."

Tirzepatide

"I switched over from a clinic that billed my insurance and never told me the actual price until the invoice showed up. Here I knew the number before I paid anything. My box showed up in four days."

James R. · Verified patient · results vary
Micro-dose

"I was nervous about starting on a full dose so I asked about something gentler. The nurse practitioner explained the micro-dose option in plain language, no pressure to go bigger. That conversation is why I signed up."

Denise K. · Verified patient · results vary
Sermorelin

"I message the care team through the portal instead of sitting on hold. I asked about combining sermorelin with my sleep schedule and had an answer back the same afternoon."

Marcus T. · Verified patient · results vary
NAD+ & longevity

"I liked that the intake asked real questions about my sleep and energy instead of just my weight. Felt like the provider was looking at the whole picture, not selling one product."

Priya N. · Verified patient · results vary
Hormone health

"The provider was upfront that we'd need labs before adjusting anything, which took a little longer than I expected. Once the results came back the plan made sense and the follow-up call answered every question I had."

Semaglutide

"I switched from another GLP-1 provider because their app kept logging me out mid-checkin. This one is simple, the monthly check-in takes five minutes, and I know exactly when my next shipment ships."

Rachel P. · Verified patient · results vary
Tirzepatide

"Had some stomach upset the first week. I messaged the care team on a Sunday and had a reply with clear next steps by Monday morning, not a form letter. They adjusted my titration schedule from there."

Devon H. · Verified patient · results vary
Micro-dose

"The assessment asked me the same things a good doctor's visit would, and it was honest that I might not qualify before I got my hopes up. I did qualify, and the whole thing took less time than my lunch break."

Not sure if you qualify? The check takes about 2 minutes and costs nothing. A licensed provider reviews it, not an algorithm.

How we collect these reviews

We ask every patient for feedback after their first month of care, by email and inside their account. We don't pay for reviews, we don't ask friends or staff to post them, and we don't remove a review because the rating is low. A small number are lightly edited for length or to remove identifying detail, never to change what the patient said. Names are shown as first name and last initial to protect patient privacy.

Reviews on this page describe individual patients' experiences with our care, process, and team. They are not a guarantee of any result, and results vary from person to person. Weight loss and other outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on many factors specific to each patient. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Talk to your provider about what to expect for your situation.
