NAD+ therapy, provider-guided

Support your energy and healthy aging

A licensed provider reviews your health and builds an NAD+ plan around how you're actually doing, not a one-size promise about turning back the clock.

In plain language

What NAD+ actually is

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a molecule every cell in your body needs to turn food into usable energy. It's part of the basic machinery your cells run on. Levels naturally decline as we get older, and factors like poor sleep, stress, and alcohol use can lower it further.

NAD+ therapy is meant to support that cellular energy system, not to reverse aging or cure anything. We use "support" on purpose. If a provider doesn't think it's appropriate for you, they'll say so and tell you what might help instead.

Cellular energy

NAD+ is a direct input into how your mitochondria produce energy. Supporting your levels supports that basic process.

Healthy aging

Framed as ongoing support for how your body functions day to day, not a reversal of age or a cure for any condition.

Consistency over time

Most patients think of NAD+ as part of a routine, alongside sleep and recovery basics, not a one-time fix.

How it's delivered

A simple, provider-set routine

NAD+ is typically given by injection, at a dose and frequency your provider sets based on your history and how you respond. Some patients start weekly and space it out from there. Your provider walks you through exactly what to expect before your first dose.

01

Your provider sets a starting dose

Based on your labs, history, and what you're hoping to get out of it.

02

You take it on a set schedule

Most patients start weekly, then adjust with their provider's guidance.

03

Your provider checks in monthly

Dose changes, questions, and side effects are handled at your monthly check-in or anytime through your care team.

Not sure if you qualify? The check takes about 2 minutes and costs nothing. A licensed provider reviews it, not an algorithm.

Provider oversight

Nothing ships without a clinical review

Tell us your history

A short intake covers your health background, current medications, and what's prompting you to look into NAD+.

A licensed provider reviews it

Your provider checks for anything that would make NAD+ inappropriate for you and asks follow-up questions if needed.

You get a plan, not a guess

If it's a fit, your provider sets a starting dose and schedule. If it's not, they'll tell you why.

Monthly check-ins

Your care team follows up, adjusts your plan if needed, and answers questions as you go.

Who this is for

NAD+ tends to fit patients who

  • Notice their energy isn't what it used to be and want a provider's honest read on it
  • Already have solid sleep, training, and nutrition habits and want to add clinical support on top
  • Are thinking about healthy aging as an ongoing routine, not a quick fix
  • Want provider oversight and monthly follow-up, not a one-time purchase

NAD+ therapy is not right for everyone. Pregnant or breastfeeding patients and patients with certain seizure histories are not candidates. Your provider screens for this during your assessment.

Safety information

What to know before you start

Important safety information

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Compounding allows a pharmacy to prepare a medication in a form suited to an individual patient, but the finished product is not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality the way an approved drug is.

NAD+ is prescribed only if a licensed provider determines it's appropriate for you after reviewing your health history and current medications. Some patients notice flushing, mild nausea, or a tight feeling during infusion or injection, especially if the dose is given too quickly; your provider will walk you through how to manage this and how to reach your care team if something feels off.

NAD+ supports cellular energy. It does not cure any disease, and it does not reverse aging. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

  • Not for patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Not for patients with certain seizure disorders, unless cleared by their provider

FAQ

NAD+ therapy, answered

Does NAD+ reverse aging?

No. NAD+ supports the cellular energy process your body already runs on. We don't claim it reverses aging or cures any condition, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does.

How is NAD+ given?

Typically by injection, at a dose and schedule your provider sets based on your history and how you respond.

How fast will I notice something?

It varies by patient. Your provider will talk through a realistic timeline at your first check-in rather than promise a specific result.

Is NAD+ safe?

It's prescribed only after a licensed provider reviews your history, and your care team follows up monthly. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; your provider will explain what that means and any side effects to expect.

Do I need labs first?

Sometimes. Your provider will tell you during your assessment if baseline labs make sense for your plan.

How much does it cost?

NAD+ programs are priced by your provider after your assessment, because the dose and the plan depend on your health history. Your provider visit, dose adjustments, and monthly check-ins are included. You'll see your exact price before you pay. No insurance is billed.
